Agreement means the Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Government of the United States of America for the Sharing of Visa and Immigration Information, signed on December 13, 2012, as amended by the Agreement to Amend the Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Government of the United States of America for the Sharing of Visa and Immigration Information, signed on July 19, 2024.
